HGBA MEMBER MARKETPLACE - EXHIBITOR SIGN UP
In a continuing effort to find new and creative ways to promote HGBA member businesses, HGBA will host its first annual MEMBER BUSINESS EXPO on March 24th. Only HGBA Members will be able to exhibit. This event is expected to draw hundreds of public attendees. HGBA will be promoting the event well in advance to the public through the HGBA App, social media and other advertising venues. Entertainment and prizes will be used to attract attendees. SPACE IS LIMITED and subject to limitations. If you wish to exhibit please register here before 1/18/19 and preferably as soon as possible.
There is no cost to HGBA members to exhibit, but space is limited, offered first come first serve, with the following limitations. Please read carefully:
1) Exhibitors must agree to bring at least 10 attendees to the event
2) Exhibitors must agree to donate a door prize.
3) Spaces are reserved as follows: 4 non-profit, 4 sponsor, 12 additional business members.
4) Exhibitor registrations are limited to a maximum of two within a primary business category. For example, a maximum of two realtors or two insurance agencies or restaurants will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis. (Note: Sponsors will be given first priority.)
5) No HGBA Board members will be able to register unless tables remain available.
Members who register will receive notice that they were selected no later than Feb. 1 2019. Final instructions about set-up and other details will be provided at that time.
Member businesses who wish to receive extra recognition may be sponsors for this event. Sponsorships are $250 and sponsors will receive recognition on all communications, signage, and recognition at the event. Sponsors are guaranteed a table.
